Description
The patterns are composed of panels and the fisherman’s sweater motifs stóra stjørna – “large star” – and krúnan – “crown”. It was once customary for every household to have its own distinct motif, and knitting somebody else’s motif was frowned upon! Our inspiration was taken from that period: This sweater is teeming with different motifs, brought together to illustrate how we’re all part of one big family. Matching hats are also included; one is in a single color, while the other features panels.
